Saudi Arabia's EdTech sector is valued at $2.3B and projected to reach $6.8B by 2033, making it one of the fastest-growing EdTech economies in the world, driven by Vision 2030. Strong government demand, high spending power, and a clear national mandate.

Falak and Supercharger Ventures handles your fund structuring, financial modeling, and investment strategy. Your valuation, teaser, and unit economics will be Saudi-VC ready before you pitch, backed by a network of 60+ investors offering equity-free funding opportunities.
Engage with 100+ local and international investors and government representatives, witness premier EdTech startup pitches, and connect with the wider European ecosystem to build international credibility alongside your Saudi traction.
C.Xseed is designed for expansion-ready EdTech and Future of Work startups, based anywhere in the world, that are committed to entering and scaling in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. The strongest candidates have a product serving schools, universities, ministries, or corporates, are willing to integrate with Classera's Learning Super Platform, and are working toward Series A readiness. Each cohort is limited to approximately 10 startups.
C.Xseed runs two cohorts per year. The winter cohort selection committee is finalised by mid-January with the programme starting in February. The summer cohort selection committee is finalised by mid-July with the programme starting in September. The selection process follows five steps: application via cxseedventures.com, a first interview call, terms and conditions review, an investment committee call with partners, and final selection.
C.Xseed operates on a service-for-equity model, with the final equity stake agreed upfront based on valuation. This is a partnership model, not a service fee. Participants also receive a future investment option valid for up to 12 months, plus access to the SCV Alumni and Investor Club and Falak Investment Hub networks.
This is a 6-month programme split across two phases. Phase 1 covers product localisation, local pricing, Classera platform integration, Saudi incorporation support via Falak, and fundraising readiness, culminating in a physical Demo Day in Riyadh and Jeddah. Phase 2 shifts to go-to-market execution with Classera, including bespoke distribution planning, pilots with schools and ministries, and direct introductions to Classera's partner network, culminating in a physical Demo Day in Malta.
Graduates retain continued exposure to the Classera, SCV, and Falak investor networks, along with a direct investment option valid for up to 12 months. You leave with a tailored go-to-market plan with ongoing support in Saudi Arabia and exclusive presence in the Classera LMS and EdTech marketplace.
