SuperCharger Ventures launched on 2016 as a FinTech accelerator in Hong Kong. Recognising that a great accelerator requires an entire ecosystem to support it, our co-founder Janos Barberis established the necessary foundations: events, online courses, books, investments, research reports & regulation frameworks. From this groundwork, SuperCharger was built into the largest and most comprehensive FinTech ecosystem in Asia.
During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, we witnessed the structural gaps in global education and work markets first-hand. SuperCharger Ventures captured this opportunity, and applied the same successful ecosystem-building model from our experience in Hong Kong.
We rebuilt the business from the ground up, methodically bringing our own networks and infrastructure to a region where none previously existed, once again becoming industry leaders; this time in EdTech.
Today we operate strategic hubs in Malta, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Singapore.

Our mission is straightforward: to build the world's largest accelerator ecosystem for EdTech.
By empowering founders to lead innovation across our regional hubs, we're building a powerful network worldwide, all with the goal of redefining the future of work and education.
With this in mind, we are committed to establishing leading accelerator programs across critical regions, starting with Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Keeping our ecosystem building approach local is our key to fostering sustainable growth and contributing to meaningful regional development objectives.
Combined with our mentorship, networks and the diverse funding opportunities, our global founder community remains dedicated to securing a more accessible, effective, and equitable future of learning for generations to come.
Building the future of education and work is a long game. We show up for it every day, regardless of the weather, nurturing the ecosystems that make our founders thrive.
We back unconventional thinking. We ensure the conditions are always right to turn what we might not yet understand, into the companies that define what's next.
We stay curious about the markets we enter, the founders we back, and the ecosystems we build, because when you stop asking why is the moment you stop moving forward.
